Canon PowerShot ELPH 110 HS Red Digital Camera 16.1MP FOR PARTS / REPAIR

Camera will not power on. The battery and battery charger are brand new, but I could not get the camera to turn on. The lens is currently extended. The condition of the cameras parts are unknown do to the inability to power on. Please refer to all photos!
